This mealbox consists of seasons treasure radish used in the most flavourful way with tofu to make the 'Mooli Thechwani' with herbed organic brown rice and spiced vegs to up your fibre content.
Monsoon brings in abundance of gourd vegs which many dislike but we have our special way of turning it into a kebab and rolling it with our high protein Amaranth(rajgira) flour served with delectable green chutney.
Served on a bed of oriental vegs and sprouts of the summer, this pad thai noodle bowl is guilt free as it has Quinoa flat noodles with the crunch of peanut. Its light on the stomach but loaded with nutrients and super filling.
